Keuka Spring Winery – New York Uncorked

Published by at 10:35 pm under finger lakes wines

When a New York uncorked wine is experienced on the scenic hillside overlooking Keuka Lake, the quality and adventure in taste is truly rewarding. The Wiltberger family created the Keuka Spring Winery and vineyards over 20 years ago in the Finger Lake region of the state of New York. This business started with a family dream and has flourished into award winning creations in taste. With the original plan to keep production down to only 2000 cases each year. The demand for their fine wines grew and faced with the constant situation of being sold out of wine, production has been increased to 8500 cases without a decrease in quality.

The original vines planted in 1981 are still being nurtured and continue to bear fruit. This family business has enlisted the help of the younger generation to help keep this a hands-on family business. With this dedication in mind an additional tasting room was built for visitors to further their experience and enjoy not only uncorking fine wines but also enjoying the panoramic view of the lake.

For those that cannot make the trip to this New York winery, they can order wine online from the wineries web site 24/7. Available are the Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Seyval Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Crooked Lake White, Celebrate, Harvest Blush, Cayuga White, Vignoles, Late Harvest Vignoles, Cabernet Franc, pinot Noir, Lemberger, Merlot, Epic, Cabernet Sauvignon, Miller Cove Red, Crooked Lake Red, and the semi-sweet Clara’s Red.

These New York wines will enhance your drinking or dining experience. Enjoy the fine living by the presence of an NY uncorked wine nearby.
