    Hi Liz & Chris Stamp ! this is Seifu from the Blue Nile Restaurant it is long time since we spoke last how you guys doing ? we are doing fine we have run out of honey wine over two weeks ago we don’t know what happened ? are you getting out of it? or it is rummer we are lost please advice

    The New Honey wine 40% of the cork breaks to dry or what? we do not know hard to open!!

    Try one of the vacuum type cork removers. Only alternative is to bust it out and strain the wine into a decanter.
