This area of Upstate New York is absolutely perfect for growing some of the very best wine grapes in the world. The natural combination of mixed loam and perfect drainage of the miles and miles of hillsides that are tempered from winter’s blasts by the gorgeous natural lakes that are nestled in the valleys are absolutely perfect growing conditions.
We list the growers and vintners here on NY Uncorked (dot com) and provide you with sources of information on each of your favorites and new favorites to come.
